Nice, quite and clean. The stools in the room that set at the little desk are a little uncomfortable and the thing they call a couch is so low to the floor you can't climb up out of it. I'd give the place a 4.8
Really impressed! I was a bit nervous as this is one of the cheapest hotels I have stayed in but my room was extremely nice. I recommend! My room even had a rain shower head set up.

Recently remodeled, my room was contemporary. Awesome double shower and one of the few places you can still get a "smoking" room. They don't allow pets. Nice, clean and quiet.

My husband and I love this place!! 2yrs ago we stayed 2 nights while a pipe at home was being fixed and ended up making this place our little getaway...We visit Crystal Inn whenever we need some "US" time .. the rooms are always clean and comfortable the front desk staff are always friendly and never price is very reasonable... they have great customer service in person and over the phone...After bad luck with other hotels that are on the same street.. literally mins away from each other but they are more expensive and offer poor quality rooms and service such as OYO on Katy freeway close to hwy 6 S no fridge no microwave front desk takes phone off its horrible and Regency Inn on HWY 6 close to Bellaire ..clean rooms but the woman who mostly runs the front has horrible customer service and
Economic value and newly built. Great shower. I am giving 4-star due to the bed not being comfortable. Advertising breakfast but none. Fix those two issues and get 5-stars easily.

Nice quiet area where not all lot of noise and disturbing guests....I love how the room was designed and the bathroom shower was my favorite how it was designed. You most definitely get more than what you pay for. The coffee qas fresh and hot not coffee that's old. The guys in the front office lobby was nice. I most definitely will stay again for when in need of hotel.
Brand new hotel and.the staff were very polite, and the rooms very clean. Loved the overhead shower head. It was like rain falling. Although I thought the rooms were a bit pricey for what they offed.
